Can I change or cancel my order?
What to do if you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind.
Ask us to check
Send your order number and describe exactly what you want to change. Our team will check whether the order is still waiting to be packed.
Sending a request does not automatically change or cancel an order. Wait for written confirmation before placing a replacement order to avoid paying for two purchases.
If packing has started
Once packing has started or the parcel has left the warehouse, a change may no longer be possible. We will explain the available next step rather than confirming a change we cannot make.
After your order arrives
