Where is my order?

Find your tracking link

Open the email titled Your order is on its way and select the tracking link. It opens the carrier’s latest update. You can track a delivery without signing in.

If you cannot find that message, check spam and the inbox used at checkout. Your order confirmation and dispatch email are sent separately.

Understand the update

• Label created: the parcel is being prepared for collection.
• In transit: it is moving through the carrier’s network.
• Out for delivery: the carrier plans to attempt delivery that day.
• Delivered: check any delivery photo or safe-place note.

If the estimate has passed

Contact our team with the order number and latest tracking message. If the parcel is marked delivered but missing, follow our delivered-but-not-received guide.
