Can I change my delivery address?
Find out what can be changed before and after dispatch.
Before packing
Contact our team with your order number and the complete correct address, including postcode. If the order is still waiting to be packed, we will confirm whether it can be updated.
After dispatch
Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes may be limited. Check the official tracking page for available delivery-management options and tell us about the error.
Do not assume that a redirection request has succeeded until it is confirmed.
Saved addresses are separate
Changing an address in your account or digital wallet applies to future purchases. It does not automatically update an order already placed.
