When will I receive my refund?
Understand return processing and bank processing times.
Return processing
Use the return tracking to check when the parcel reached its destination. Our team then checks the returned item and processes an eligible refund.
For this fictional store, the processing estimate is up to 5 working days after receipt. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.
Bank processing
Once a refund is issued, allow a further 3–5 working days for it to appear with the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls how it is displayed.
If it has taken longer
Contact our team with the order number, return reference and any refund confirmation date. Do not include full card details or unrelated bank transactions.
