Using a gift card

Apply the code

Find the code in the gift-card email and enter it in the correct checkout field. Check the updated order total before confirming payment.

Promotional discount codes and gift cards may use separate fields. Check which type of code you received.

More or less than your order total

If the gift-card balance is lower than the total, another available payment method covers the remainder. If it is higher, keep the email to use the remaining balance later.

Keep the code private: someone with the code may be able to use the balance.

If the code is not accepted

Check for extra spaces and similar-looking characters. Contact the team with a description of the error if it still does not work.
