Caring for your ceramics
Keep your favourite bowls and vases looking their best.
A gentle everyday clean
Use warm water, mild detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse carefully and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking.
Glazed and unglazed finishes can need different care. Always check the instructions supplied with your piece.
Heat, water and surfaces
Only use a piece in a dishwasher, microwave or oven if its own instructions say it is suitable. Decorative bowls should not hold food unless marked as food-safe.
Place a protective pad under a vase on delicate furniture and check the surface after filling it with water.
If something does not look right
Small finish variations can be part of a ceramic piece. Ask the team if you are unsure. For cracked or broken deliveries, use the damaged-item guide.
